Uh, hi...
Yes, yes, I do realise that I haven't updated my journal since September. That's five and a bit months since I returned from India, and boy has that time gone fast!
Here's a quick update on what I've been up to:
I've spent the last 6 weeks or so doing pretty much nothing special or exciting. I am, however, in the process of applying to Google. I've passed 3 phone interviews, so I'm now just waiting to be told when to come in for some onsite interviews! Should be fun. The position I'm applying for is "Associate Product Manager", and seems to be an ideal mix of technical, business and creative skills.
I haven't been completely lax, however. I spent a weekend in Bristol at the start of Feb, and went up to Edinburgh last weekend to visit Tim, Bekah, Roh and Camilla. I've also spent a lot of time touching up my website and journal.
One thing in particular I've spent a lot of time on is my list of 101 things to do in 1001 days, or Project 1001. In a nutshell, it's a list of 101 non-trivial tasks that I must complete within 101 days. I nicked the idea from Triplux. One of these tasks is to update this journal every week for a year, so I'm going to start that right now! Consider this a first post!
